RE-CITE: Staff needs to update the expired first aid and CPR training. Expired on April 2020.

The operation knowingly allowed persons to be present at the operation before receiving notification from the CBCU that the persons eligibility determination is Eligible, Provisional or Eligible with Conditions.

One caregiver did not have current training in pediatric first aid.

The director did not have the required 30 hours of annual training.

Staff member was missing training in child maltreatment, SIDS, shaken baby, early brain development, administering medication, food allergies, building and premises safety, hazardous materials, and emergency preparedness. Staff was also missing trainings in sections (a-f) of this standard. One out of four staff did not have the required 24 hours of annual training. The staff member was missing training in child maltreatment, communicable diseases, administering medication, food allergies, building and premises safety, hazardous materials and blood borne pathogens, and emergency preparedness. Staff was also missing trainings in sections (a-f) of this standard. One out of four staff required pre-service training. Staff member did not have the required 8 hrs. of pre-service training before having unsupervised access to children and did not have the required 24 hours of training within 90 days of employment. The staff member is missing all training in sections (a-f) of this standard.
