For the detail-minded
The full public record
California CCLD licensing visits since 2021 (inspections, complaint investigations and follow-ups), updated daily. Citations are matched to the latest visit on or before their correction due date, because the state download does not link them; Type A (immediate risk) and Type B totals are shown per visit kind.
Citations by visit kind (state totals)
| Visits | Count | Type A | Type B |
|---|---|---|---|
| Licensing inspections | 1 | 0 | 0 |
| Complaint investigations | 0 | 0 | 0 |
| Other (follow-up, case management) | 1 | 0 | 0 |
Type A: an immediate risk to children’s health, safety or rights. Type B: a potential risk if not corrected. California publishes these as totals, not per citation.
Complaints investigated
No complaints on record since 2021.
Counts are allegations per complaint, as published by CCLD. The complaint text is on the state’s report pages.
